Ship-to-dock operations at the Port of Cagliari

We provide an integrated service for cargo loading/unloading and crew management in the Port of Cagliari, in full compliance with port, customs, and ISPS regulations. We coordinate terminals, authorities, and carriers with clear SLAs and real-time updates.

We plan and supervise movements using cranes, forklifts, and special vehicles, arrange packaging, lashing, and stowage, manage customs warehouses, and provide last-mile deliveries to construction sites or customers. We also provide support for IMO-registered dangerous goods, temperature-controlled shipments, and urgent shipments.

Crew change and crew management

We organize crew changes with visas, shore passes, temporary permits, and transfers to/from Elmas, stations, and hotels. We coordinate medical care, insurance, and administrative procedures, respecting ship shifts and terminal operating hours.

We support the vessel in ISPS inspections and checks, access to sterile areas, safety briefings, and end-of-operation reports. We prepare shipping documents, manifests, customs declarations, and activity traceability for audits and verifications.

Moorings, bunkers and on-board technical support

We reserve berths and docks suitable for LOA and draft, and coordinate bunkering (fuel/lube), water, and power at the dock. We activate a network of shipyards and craftsmen for urgent repairs, AOG spare parts, MARPOL waste disposal, and nautical equipment supply.

We provide quality food and catering, VIP transfers to and from Cagliari Elmas Airport, hotel and restaurant reservations, private security services, and courier services with customs clearance. A dedicated representative will assist the captain and purser throughout the stopover.
